UX & UI

Creating an integrated web ecosystem to assist in the growth of a banking institution’s real estate division is possible. With the right planning and execution, these tools can be developed to enhance their existing capabilities and propel them towards achieving their goals.

Context

The bank wanted to bolster their foothold on the property market in Paris, and decided to unite all their services under one umbrella brand : Le Logement.

The Brief

Building

Our urgency to penetrate the market meant to apply the same methodology for each digital product.

We decided to go with a straightforward interface and online services for the launch, as we couldn’t fit user testing into our allocated timeframe. Moving forward, we’ll keep an eye on user’s activity and make adjustments where needed.

Research & Worshops

The data analysis from the research phase gave us enough insights to be able to start answering user needs and build our product & offer

We then kicked off the workshop stage. For such projects, many stakeholders have a stake in a big bank and therefore, our strategy aimed to involve them all during the early stages and get them involved in workshops to jointly create the ideal result.

Defining users & Understanding their needs
is key to deliver value throughout their experience

After the workshop phase was over it was time to think of the most efficient flows for users to answer their needs

Examples of user flows

Once I design user flows for every brand and their services, I could compile a page list, create a feature list, make a preliminary navigation system and set out a definitive timeline for constructing the UI.

Wireframe & design

To kick off the mobile wireframing process, we began with the construction of Gustave Bon conseil – a real estate coaching service – to outline all of the components required
