How to build a painless experience for an AI company offering different levels of services for very different digital products ?
From day one I’ve been working with Datakeen on two main topics :
The goal was to implement a design thinking methodology for every project in order to create effective tools.
The Datakeen team was instrumental in the accomplishment of this endeavor; they quickly became involved with workshops and co-constructions efforts
After collecting the required details from both the users and Datakeen, I produced a range of components to be used on the brand website and Saas tools. The aim was to provide a more uniform experience for users, while also setting up a strong foundation for potential developments of all the products
I’ve collaborated with copywriter Marc-Antoine Gamelin in order to establish the tone for every user interaction on our brand website.As a young company, it’s crucial to create an approachable atmosphere between us and the user; Marc-Antoine’s work was instrumental in making this come to life.
We established the foundation for our products and crafted a macro vision, dividing features into three categories; user requirements, business prospects, and capacity. This enabled us to establish a roadmap.
