I have been assisting Datakeen, a startup that provides Artificial Intelligence services to businesses, in constructing Software-as-a-Service tools that illustrate their AI’s capabilities.
Datakeen sells 3 services based on their AI technology :
Comments moderation
The first service allows companies to answer any comments online with an AI capable of empathy and adressing complicated issues
Document scaning
The second service makes possible the scanning of any given document in order to extract information and render it as the client desire
Document extraction
The third service can scan video and images to extract informations live from the input
I’ve helped them build custom Saas solutions in order to match their technology with the client actual neef for the technology
For every project, I start with three workshops in order

I’ve come to understand our major customers are employees of the gas station who have very little time apart from their normal duties of managing customers.
As such, I am dedicating my efforts towards improving the user experience for gas station owners to make responding to inquiries an effortless, fast, and fruitful experience
To incentivize gas station owners, I designed a point system within the tool to make it more stimulating.
Users will receive points for each answer they provide, which will enable them to progress to one of the five available rankings. Every quarter step a user takes within their rank will result in them receiving a badge to display on their dashboard.
Following this, the leaderboard will be shown, showcasing the best performing station.
This user typology needed a very different interface in order to replicate TotalEnergie organization.
For every type of admin the dashboard is fully customized in order to focus on features useful to their daily tasks
